9 modern warehouses, efficient processes and innovative further development – that is the RHIEM Logistics Campus in Voerde (Lower Rhine). As the center of the economically strong megalopolis Blue Banana, our main location offers optimal conditions for scalable B2C and B2B logistics, an efficient & global transport network and sustainable supply chain growth. Our main location and logistics campus is located in the heart of the Blue Banana, one of the most important economic flow zones in Europe. Voerde (Niederrhein) offers optimal logistical and infrastructural conditions thanks to its central location in NRW near the Ruhr area (Germany’s most densely populated metropolis) and close to the Dutch border. A direct connection to NRW’s main transport axes (A2, A3, A59), immediate proximity to the distribution centers of all shipping service providers, direct location on the Rhine including port access, short distances to the important commercial airports of Düsseldorf and Cologne as well as geographical proximity to the important European trading partners France and the Netherlands – the list of strategically important location factors for your logistics is long.

The outstanding location factors of RHIEM Services GmbH are the reason for the continuous and sustainable further development of our infrastructure – yesterday, today and in the future. Since the company was founded in 1958 in Duisburg Walsum and the site development in Voerde in the 1990s, the RHIEM Logistics Campus has faced up to constant and innovative developments in infrastructure, so that we have developed into an efficient, dynamic and globally active B2C and B2B logistics provider.

Nine modern and efficient warehouses

Our logistics are spread across nine warehouses, which together form our central logistics campus and have state-of-the-art logistics standards. This results in a total storage area of over 62,000 square meters and efficient incoming/outgoing goods distributed over 30 gates.

B2C and B2B from one warehouse

All warehouses are based on the same warehouse structure and the same basic processes. Individually adaptable B2C and B2B packing areas adjoin a central high-bay warehouse to ensure maximum process efficiency.

Customer-specific logistics areas

Our customers receive a customer-specific area in both the storage and packing areas, which is tailored to their project requirements and kept available for their project. The result: efficient storage and scalable shipping processes!

On the road to climate neutrality

We generate more than half of our electricity requirements with solar energy, which is implemented on the warehouse roofs of our campus. In addition, we use 100% no plastic in shipping as standard.

Office building and RHIEM headquarters

In addition to the large number of warehouses, you will also find the headquarters and office buildings of the RHIEM Group on our campus, which are also home to our entire commercial division. We are therefore on site at all times and have short distances to logistics.
