The peak in November and December is therefore a particular challenge – the B2C logistics solution for Sternglas requires a high degree of flexibility, scalability and reliability. The special feature of the entire project lies in the complex system connection and the unique processes in outgoing goods. Each order arrives as an assembly parts list and is carefully and individually assembled in the outgoing goods department. Our customized set-up ensures short routes, sufficient capacity for peak phases and high order throughput per hour.

B2B Fulfillment

Similar to D2C, the demand for stargazer watches in B2B is also unabatedly high and extends beyond national borders. The various requirements/packing guidelines of the jewelers are all served by us. Printing and attaching minimalist price labels to each watch is what makes the B2B process so special. The watches are assembled and labeled in real time. Even with high shipping volumes, RHIEM Services meets the high demands of Sternglas and its jewelers and delivers the products promptly.

Value Added Services

Sternglas was looking for a 3PL service provider that could cope with the high order volume and map all special processes in integration and outgoing goods. After just one month, it was clear that Sternglas and RHIEM would form a unique and promising partnership. Special processes such as assembling watches in outgoing goods, observing various B2B packing guidelines, printing price labels in real time and attaching them to the watches, handwriting certificates of authenticity for limited editions, creating pro forma invoices and many other special processes are not neglected, even with high order volumes.
