20 Years of Partnership between ALOM and RHIEM Services

ALOM, headquartered in the United States with locations including California and Indianapolis, specializes in demanding supply chain and fulfillment processes. In this area, RHIEM Services complements ALOM’s international capabilities as an experienced fulfillment partner for the EMEA region.

Over the past 20 years, the two companies have jointly implemented numerous projects for global brands. These projects have gone far beyond traditional logistics processes and have repeatedly included demanding special workflows: from kitting complex individual components into finished end products to flashing electronic products as part of returns processes. Many requirements were highly individual, dynamic, and operationally challenging — and it is precisely in this complexity that the partnership has proven its strength time and again.

To mark the 20th anniversary, Fiona Lowbridge, Chief Commercial Officer of ALOM, visited RHIEM Services in Voerde. Together with Carsten Scharrenberg, Managing Director, and Andre Schwartke, Sales Director, the long-standing collaboration was celebrated and the joint development over the years was reflected upon.
